A little bit about me...
Hi there!
I'm Ragini, a mum of 3 boys, a Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Specialist and the founder of Motherâz Yoga.
Coming from the land of Yogis âIndiaâ, I was exposed to Yoga early on. Yoga has been the anchor in my life for the past 18+ years.Â
After many years of teaching Yoga, I found a special interest in Prenatal yoga during my first pregnancy. I was amazed with the benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy and the difference it made towards a positive birth experience (including my third fully natural homebirth) and postnatal recovery.Â
As your Yoga mentor, Iâm excited to share these practices with you to help you have an active and wonderful pre+postnatal journey. I have designed these practices to be safe, effective and accessible, creating a nurturing space for you and your bub.
