Yoga for Birth Workshop
Simple, practical birth preparation through yoga, breath, and partner support.
Our sessions feature:
- Understanding how the body works in birth and how to work with it, not against it (no jargons, no info overwhelm, just what you need to know.)
- Yoga postures and movement to help ease labour sensations and support baby’s positioning
- Yogic breathing techniques for different stages of labour to stay calm and cope well with the sensations
- Partner support in labour, to help your support person understand their role in labour. types of support they can offer.
- Simple ways your partner can support you through touch, pressure points, and grounding cues
- Mindset tools to understand and work through common birth fears
- Practicing the tools learnedÂ
- Post-birth recovery basics for mum, dad, and baby.

Meet Ragini
Meet Ragini, founder of Mother’z Yoga, women’s yoga specialist, and mum to three boys.
Ragini is passionate about helping pregnant women feel confident in their bodies and calm in their minds during pregnancy, while tapping into their inner strength to prepare for the birth they hope for.
Through her own three births, including a fully natural homebirth, Ragini discovered how powerful breath, relaxation, movement and mindset can be in helping women navigate labour with strength and trust in their bodies. This experience deeply shaped her passion for removing fear around birth and empowering families with knowledge and preparation.
She is also an accomplished presenter with 16+ years of corporate experience, with a knack for turning complex topics into simple, fun and practical learning that families can easily apply.
Ragini loves making birth education approachable, ensuring women and their partners leave her sessions feeling informed, empowered and connected to the journey ahead.
