Our 10-week, yoga-led program is designed to help you move safely and meet birth with confidence, calm, and presence.
Preparation happens gradually, giving your body time to build strength, your breath time to become familiar, and your mind space to settle — all without overwhelm.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll:
- Build strength and confidence in your body
- Follow a supportive, week-by-week program that keeps you consistent and accountable
- Practise tools you can draw on during labour, birth, and recovery
- Feel supported alongside other pregnant women — because pregnancy doesn’t have to feel lonely.
INCLUSIONS:
- 10 in-person sessions - Saturdays in Cranbourne, 9am
- 10 live online sessions - Thursdays via Zoom, 7pm
- 10 Yoga-led modules (Body, breath & mindset)
- 20+ maternity expert session (recordings)
- 10 weeks of online yoga library access (do it at your own pace)
- Weekly structure and accountability
