Price & schedule

  • Total program fee for payment plan option is $560 AUD.

  • Payment plan: 2 instalments of $280 AUD. You will be charged $280 AUD on enrolment and $280 AUD 1 month after enrolment.

Authorisation to charge

  • By enrolling in the payment plan, you authorise us (via our payment platform/provider) to automatically charge the instalments to your selected payment method on the due dates.

Failed payments / overdue accounts

  • If a scheduled payment fails, you are responsible for ensuring a valid payment method is on file and for paying any outstanding amount.

  • We may re-attempt the charge automatically and/or invoice you for the outstanding instalment.

  • If payment remains overdue, we may pause access to online materials and/or participation (including Zoom links and group access) until the account is brought up to date.

No partial payments

  • Instalments must be paid in full as scheduled; we cannot split instalments into smaller payments unless agreed in writing.

Attendance, make-ups, and access

In-person sessions

  • In-person sessions are held Saturdays 9:00am in Cranbourne North at Woodbine Community Centre.

  • If you miss an in-person session, there is no make-up class for in person sessions. 

Live online sessions (Zoom)

  • Live online sessions are on Thursdays via Zoom at 7:00pm.

  • If you miss a live online session, you may be offered a recording if available; availability is not guaranteed.

Program access window

  • Online program access (modules + yoga library) is provided for 10 weeks from your enrolment/start date (or the date stated at purchase).

  • Access may be paused if payments are overdue.

Private group

  • The private participant group is for enrolled participants only. Respectful conduct is required; we may remove content or participants for safety, confidentiality, or conduct reasons.

Cancellations, transfers, and medical circumstances

Change of mind

  • To the extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once you have enrolled.

Transfers

  • Your enrolment is not transferable to another person unless we approve in writing.

Medical circumstances / pregnancy-related changes

  • If you can no longer participate due to compelling medical circumstances, contact us as soon as possible. We may request supporting documentation (e.g., note from your treating practitioner).

  • In these circumstances, outcomes may include (at our discretion and as required by law): a pause/deferral to a later intake, a credit, or a partial refund after deducting the value of services already delivered/used and our admin fee.

If we cancel or reschedule

  • If we cancel a session, we will provide a reasonable alternative (rescheduled class, online alternative, or credit). If we cancel the program entirely, you will receive a refund for the unused portion.

Health & safety (important)

Not medical advice

  • The program provides yoga-based education and support and is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from your doctor/midwife regarding your personal circumstances.

Your responsibility

  • You confirm you are fit to participate and will modify/stop any movement if you feel pain, dizziness, bleeding, reduced fetal movement, or any concerning symptoms, and seek medical advice.

  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for choosing appropriate intensity and modifications.

Content, recordings, and intellectual property

Personal use licence

  • Program materials, videos, recordings, and downloads are for your personal use only. You must not share logins, copy, record, reproduce, or distribute any content.

Privacy in live sessions / recordings

  • We may record some online sessions for participant replay. If recordings occur, we will notify you. Keep your camera off and/or use your first name only if you prefer.

  • Participants must not record sessions or share screenshots or private group content.

Admin/legal basics

Communication

  • You agree we may contact you by email/SMS regarding scheduling, program updates, and billing/failed payment notices.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

10-Week Yoga & Birth Program - Payment Plan

Our 10-week, yoga-led program is designed to help you move safely and meet birth with confidence, calm, and presence.  

Preparation happens gradually, giving your body time to build strength, your breath time to become familiar, and your mind space to settle — all without overwhelm.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll:
