6. Refunds, Cancellations & Renewals
We understand life can be unpredictable—especially during pregnancy and early motherhood—so we aim to keep things as transparent and flexible as possible.
Memberships & Programs
- All purchases (including memberships, courses, and digital products) are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations
- Monthly Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the content until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual Memberships are billed yearly and non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal the following year.
- For programs with a fixed start and end date (like a 6-week course or challenge), cancellations are not available once the program has started, unless otherwise stated.
Automatic Renewals
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) will renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- You’ll receive a reminder before any annual renewal, giving you the opportunity to update your membership or payment method.
Failed Payments
- If your payment fails (due to card expiry or insufficient funds), our system will automatically retry over a few days.
- If the issue continues, your access may be paused until payment is successful.
Changes to Pricing
We may occasionally update our pricing. If this happens, we’ll notify you in advance and give you the chance to stay at your current rate for a period of time or opt out before renewal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYW is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or disruption caused by:
