Our 10-week, yoga-led program is designed to help you move safely and meet birth with confidence, calm, and presence.
Each week, we explore a new theme, to help you feel stronger, consistent and empowered in this journey. Each session is designed to address the changing physical and emotional needs of expectant mothers. Our sessions feature:
- Safe and effective yoga practices
- Modified yoga flows for pregnant bodies
- Body and Pelvic Floor knowledge for birth and beyond
- Simple, body-focused birth education — no overwhelm
- Breathing techniques
- Meditation
- Mindfulness practices
- Relaxation techniques
Location: Woodbine Community Centre, Cranbourne North .
Timing: 9am to 10.15am on Saturdays.
